Michael is a breathworker, teacher, and author based in Dublin, Ireland. A longtime pilgrim who has walked multiple Caminos, he weaves the wisdom of the path into his work. His book, Just One Conscious Breath, explores the power of intentional breathing to move from reaction to response, anchoring his work in mindfulness and accessible personal transformation.

Keith is a Somatic Practitioner and Facilitator based in Athens, Alabama, dedicated to helping others reconnect with their bodies, breath, and purpose. Through his work and life journey, he brings grounded presence and gentle guidance to the path of healing. Shaped by his path of self-discovery and healing, Keith now shares the practices that helped him come home to himself—one breath and one step at a time.
